Zoppas Industries Group’s initiatives to support employee well-being continue. The Group recently signed an agreement with the “Giovanni XXIII” hospital in Monastier (Italy) for the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. According to the project, healthcare workers will go to the factories of the Group where dedicated spaces will be set up to carry out complete check-ups. Furthermore, the initiative includes a special agreement, extended to the relatives of employees, for all other healthcare services at the “Giovanni XXIII” hospital. “We are committed to promoting the well-being and health of our employees – Gianfranco Zoppas, President of Zoppas Industries, declares – here in Italy and in the rest of the world, implementing welfare policies (based on the different local needs) in the various geographical areas in which our factories are located. We will continue on this path: putting people at the center of our work, with a look at the continuous improvement. Cardiovascular screening is part of this path and constitutes the first step in a series of initiatives – some of which are already underway – which we intend to implement”. The welfare plan launched by the Group also includes the nursery, the psychological support platform and the smart working.
