The heart of the Midnight collection lies in its chromatic common thread: “deep dark tones – the company points out – that explore the spectrum of greys and anthracite, evoking the elegance of the night sky”. The matte and satin finishes offer a tactile sense of softness and comfort, eliminating reflections to create a harmonious, natural environment.
Besides, a distinctive element of the range is the oven handle, a detail that creates a contrast with the minimalist and more modern lines of the hobs.
“Invisible” technology in the Midnight induction hob
This appliance embodies the concept of “invisible technology” thanks to the Touch Direct Control+ system. The control panel completely disappears when the hob is off, revealing itself only with a touch.
Besides, the appliance features 3 IndyFlex+ sections made up of 11 independent zones and adapts to pots and pans of any size. In addition, the Move Function allows for dynamic cooking, changing power (levels 3, 8, or 15) simply by moving the pan between preset zones.
Completing the cooking area, the induction hob communicates with the Midnight hood. Thanks to the HomeWhiz Hob to Hood connection, extraction intelligently coordinates with cooking, offering instant touch control, 3 power levels, and booster function.
Connectivity and AeroPerfect technology in the ovens
The Midnight ovens combine HomeWhiz Wi-Fi connectivity with AeroPerfect technology, ensuring even air distribution for efficient A+ class cooking. The 72-liter cavity offers versatility thanks to 15 cooking functions, including 3D Cooking for complex dishes and the AirFry function for light, crispy air-fried food. Everything is managed through an intuitive FullTouch display and enhanced by details such as telescopic guides and SoftClose damped closing.
