In order to provide the companies with useful information to properly manage the WEEE, Assolombarda and ERP Italia organize a seminar with experts who will analyze the main points of the legislation and the obligations for the producers involved in Legislative Decree 49/2014. In addition, the retailers’ responsibilities have been expanded: they will have to ensure the free of charge collection of more types of products (obsolete or not working). To support the companies, ERP Italia will explain the criteria to be used for a correct waste management. The seminar will be held on October 3rd at 2.15 p.m. in Milan (Assolombarda, Via Chiaravalle 8). “The purpose of these meetings is to illustrate to the companies the obligations for a correct WEEE management – explains Alberto Canni Ferrari, Country Manager at ERP Italia -. It is a theme that requires the presence of realities able to professionally support the specific needs of the different companies.
