Elleci, a brand specialized in the realization of sinks, washbasins, appliances and furnishing accessories for kitchen and bathroom, presents at “Milano Design Week 2024” Élite Kitchen: within it, the Sipario appliance collection. “The boundaries between domestic and professional blur – the company explains – and the kitchen becomes increasingly hi-tech, high-performance and smart: Elleci is ready to answer to new needs with models of extractor and induction hobs, ovens and appliances that combine the must-have of modern design with high-level technological performance”. As regards to the induction hobs, they have a matt black finish. Besides, white LEDs, controls with horizontal touch slider and bridge function are combined with new cooking modes, such as “Chef Cook”, which allows to cook using multiple zones with different preset heating powers, and “Warming”, ideal for keeping food warm. The product is available in three width dimensions: 80-60-30 cm. In the Sipario induction extractor hob, instead, the matt black design and the induction cooking features are combined with the integrated aspiration, thanks to the 360-fold adjustable flap. Intuitive interface, hood with brushless technology, washable and renewable filters and removable liquid collection tray guarantee high performance in terms of aesthetics, efficiency, ergonomics and pleasure of use.
The collection also includes the ovens, characterized by matt black finishes, white LED display, tinted glass and soft touch knobs for a modern interpretation of the kitchen environment. Four models are available: Sipario pyrolytic oven 60, Sipario multifunction oven 60, Sipario oven steam 45, and Sipario microwave oven 45. In addition, the company proposes the heating drawer that can be used for different functions: warmer, low temperature cooking, defrosting and leavening. To complete the Sipario line, a compact wine cellar in black metal and dark glass, with a digital touch display to regulate the temperature between +5 and +20 ºC. It has a capacity of 22 bottles that can be placed on sliding beech shelves. The opening is through flap door; it is equipped with telescopic guides and soft closing. The cellar can be combined with the Sommelier Drawer, to accommodate a kit of wine accessories.
