Confindustria Ceced Italia (the association that gathers more than 150 companies operating in Italy in the field of household and professional appliances), and IMQ (Italian Institute for the Quality Mark) organize an event dedicated to “Sustainable Smart Appliances in the home 2.0 between efficiency, security and interoperability”. The event will take place in Milan on 17th June 2014, anticipating the European Sustainable Energy Week. The meeting will analyze different topics: the current situation of the smart home; the features and the criticalities of the equipments, technologies and systems; the evolution of the field; the difference between App and house system; the economic and social impact of the smart appliances in everyday life etc. There will be also several case histories of companies such as Officine Arduino, Meta Energia, Home Lab, JCube, Energy@Home and the point of view of structures and institutions such as SDA Bocconi, Agenzia per l’Italia Digitale, Human Centric Solutions Center Manager Europe and Polytechnic of Turin.
