In the first 7 months of 2015, the sales of semiconductors in the world remained almost stable, with the 0.9% downturn versus the corresponding 2014-period. According to WSTS data, among the four traditional areas, a positive trend was scored by Asia Pacific (+ 3.1%) and Americas (+ 0.8%), negative instead EMEA (- 12.5%) and Japan (- 13.3%). Calculating the result of our EMEA in Euros, the variation versus the previous year is instead positive with + 7.1%. This thanks to the Euro devaluation against Dollar.
