Positive outcomes for white goods in Sweden and Switzerland

The data about the sales in Sweden surveyed by the trade association EHL, show an average 6% growth for the sales of white goods in the Scandinavian nation. For brown goods the average growth was instead by 4%. Particular boost lived several small appliances, like irons and vacuum cleaners, with increments respectively by 21% and by 18%. Among big appliances, stand out washing machines, with the 14% growth, and built-in cookers with the 12% rise. According to the data surveyed by the Swiss trade association FEA, the 2015-balance sheet is positive for big white goods, with the global growth by 1.7%. The washing sector, in particular, scored the 5% increase while the cooking ambit registered only a 2.5% growth. Negative instead the refrigeration trend, which was affected by the – 2.5% drop.
