Matteo Torretta, chef of the Asola restaurant in Milan (inside The Brian & Barry Building) is the testimonial for OptiGrill, the latest Rowenta innovation. The company launches a digital project that, through the social channels of the brand, guides Italians in 2019 through the rediscovery of the grill: a mini series in which chef Torretta shows 8 recipes, cooked only with the Rowenta grill. “When Rowenta called me, I enthusiastically welcomed the challenge of leading Italians in the kitchen with the grill product with which I have always had an excellent experience and that, with the latest technologies, has become an important ally for the preparation of gourmet recipes at home. In this digital project I wanted to show how with OptiGrill you can cook a variety of recipes based on all the ingredients, even those that you did not think you could grill, and do it automatically, preserving the properties of food without the stress of the temperature and the cooking times. The recipes for OptiGrill have been created with this aim and I am happy to leave them to the consumers as a guide for their grilling”, Matteo Torretta comments. The range consists of a standard model and a XL model. Besides, the innovative features of the product are: automatic programs with a sensor that automatically adjusts the temperature and the cooking time, and also the manual mode, which offers the opportunity to choose according to the preferences and needs.
