The Folletto division of Vorwerk Italia won the “Excellent Company 2020” award during the eighth edition of the Sales Excellence Awards of Fortia (a company operating in the training, motivation and support to the sales force). For the company, which markets the Folletto cleaning system, it is a recognition that certifies the value of the sales force made up of over 4,000 agents operating on the Italian territory. A Professional Committee made up of managers and experts in sales, marketing and human resources (including Miele, Parmalat, Syngenta, Alcoa Wheels, Tollegno 1900, Selle Italia, Talent Garden, Laminazione Sottile Group, Genesis Mobile, Enel X) evaluated Folletto’s organization and strategies in managing the sales force according to multinational standards. “In this scenario, Folletto stands out for its door-to-door selling method, which has been our strength for over 80 years – commented Fabio Leoni, commercial director of Folletto -.
