The Sabaf Group has always considered the human factor as one of its main assets. A further confirmation comes from the prestigious ranking “Top Job-Best Employers 2021”, realized by the Istituto Tedesco Qualità e Finanza, in which Sabaf was ranked fourth in the “Durable consumer goods” category behind realities such as Smeg, Electrolux Italia and Baxi. The ranking was created using the “social listening” methodology on the basis of factors such as the work climate, HR policies, growth prospects, sustainability and corporate values as well as corporate welfare: 438 million online sources were monitored on key employer topics. This important result follows another prestigious recognition: Sabaf has in fact recently obtained the Best Managed Companies Award promoted by Deloitte which has recognized the merits in addressing the crisis caused by the pandemic, always keeping the person at the center of the company.
