The Bertazzoni Total Steam F6011PROVTN oven and the new REF24WCPIXR built-in wine cabinet from the Professional Series won the iF Design Award 2021 in the Product Design discipline, Kitchen appliances category. The oven, designed by Bertazzoni and MM Design, is equipped with a very large cavity (76 liters), a full touch TFT display and 11 functions. In particular, the Total Steam function uses steam to cook food quickly and healthily. The Carbon finish has a similar painting to the most famous Italian luxury sports cars. The wine cabinet is designed to store up to 80 bottles, thanks to the 2 different storage areas. The intuitive digital touch-control interface allows to select the ideal temperature between 4° and 18° in the different areas and control the humidity. A triple glass UV-protected door shields wines from the light, moreover the product is equipped with a vibration-damping system on the compressor.
