Elica continues to focus on the training of the human resources thanks to the initiatives organized by the Elica Aspirations Lab, the innovative hub where the training activities dedicated to the company’s staff are carried out. To guarantee the quality of the contents and methodologies, Elica has signed a partnership with ISTUD, an Italian business school and research and development center for management knowledge. In addition to the training currently underway, the company is already planning new initiatives for 2022 at the level of employer branding, talent acquisition and highly specialized courses.
