Elica has inaugurated a new path dedicated to young people: “Breakfast With” is the innovative format that will allow young people, who have recently joined the company, to know Elica, the work teams, the business and company dynamics. Through weekly meetings, the trainees will have the opportunity, in an informal context, to meet Elica managers and testimonials from the various functions, to learn more about the company from different points of view. The “Breakfast With” initiative is part of the Elica Aspirations Lab program, which brings together all the “education and development people” activities dedicated to the personal and professional growth of Elica’s people.
