Polti has obtained two important certifications: ISO 14001:2015 (environmental management) and ISO 45001:2018 (health and safety of workers). This is a significant result that is part of the activities involved in the sustainability plan defined by the company thanks to the collaboration with the Sustainability Lab research center of SDA Bocconi School of Management. Both certifications are the result of a voluntary choice that Polti has decided to undertake with the aim of adopting a modern management system, which makes it possible to optimize the processes in terms of greater efficiency and reduction of the environmental impact, and in terms of safety, to protect the health and well-being of employees. “The certification process has involved, in all its phases, the company’s staff, promoting the growth and skills of people and helping to create an even stronger awareness of the sustainability issues, respect for the environment and safety at work. Today the employees themselves participate proactively in signaling and suggesting the areas for improvement – explains Antonella Raganato, QHSE & Regulatory Affairs Manager of Polti SpA, who followed the entire process to obtain the certifications -.
