Gaggenau Essential Induction is integrated into the kitchen worktop and is a synthesis of freedom of movement, flexibility and design. The new induction cooktop is distilled to its essentials: the LED ‘dot’, the worktop surface, and the knob. These elements are all that are visible. The product is designed to integrate exclusively with Dekton stone worktops by Cosentino, which offers carbon neutral surfaces, available in 60 finishes, designs and colors and in sizes up to 3,200 mm x 1,440 mm. The front-mounted knobs assist users throughout the cooking process, while the dot (a smart light within the cooking zone) shows the user where to place the cookware, warns of residual heat and vanishes when the cooktop is not in use. Below the 12 mm deep worktop, the 21 cm and 28 cm induction modules create a multi-purpose cooking surface, spacious and unified. Essential Induction offers 12 power levels, keep warm function, boost function and an electronic knob with light ring, available in stainless steel or black finishes. To ensure efficient cooking, Gaggenau has developed removable magnetic surface protectors for the existing cookware.
