Extra-Crisp technology and digital control panel
One of the product’s strong points is that the air fryer is equipped with the Extra–Crisp technology. The double heating element allows user to cook food evenly, obtaining crispy results. Furthermore, to monitor the progress of cooking the consumer doesn’t need to open the basket because there is an observation window in the appliance.
The product is easy to use thanks to the intuitive digital control panel. It allows user to easily select the desired program using the icons and to adjust the temperature (from 40° to 230°) and the cooking time. In addition, the consumer can connect to the My Moulinex app to find new recipes to experiment with.
Efficient and fast air cooking
Thanks to the circulation of hot air and Extra-Crisp technology, Easy Fry XL Surface reduces cooking time and saves energy. Tests conducted on the product have shown that the fryer cooks up to 45% faster and consumes up to 70% less energy than a traditional oven in energy class A.
Another aspect that should not be overlooked, considering the issue of sustainability, is the product’s 15–year reparability. The longer life of the appliance contributes to protecting the environment and reducing waste.

Air frying is becoming increasingly popular among consumers thanks to the possibility of obtaining crispy and tasty food while limiting the addition of fats during cooking.
