Roberta Segalini has been appointed Director of Human Resources Global Product Organization of Whirlpool EMEA. At global level, the role of Segalini is Director Advanced Development Cross Categories. Born in Switzerland in 1975, Segalini has a degree at the Bocconi University in Milan. In the EMEA region, Segalini will manage the human resources of three areas: research and development, procurement and industrial design. At global level, she will coordinate the team dedicated to the advanced and cross categories research in the R&D center in Pune (India) and the electronic and material engineers. Segalini began to work at Whirlpool in 2011 as Talent & Diversity responsible for the EMEA region and she has played roles of increasing responsibility during the years. Before her collaboration with Whirlpool, she was head of human resources at Coca Cola and Vodafone.
