The recently ended year was positive for the sector of the German electric and electronic industry. In the customary press conference, the German trade association ZVEI communicated the yearly final balance sheets of the German electric and electronic industry. In 2014, the production grew by 2.5% in all: better than the expectations, which indicated a maximum 2% value. Both the national market and exports contributed in this positive trend more or less equally. Concerning the latter, the European Union Countries achieved a very limited increase, while developments essentially came from third Countries. For 2015, Zvei expects a further 1.5% growth for the sector production.
