Sabaf has joined the “Digital Universitas” project in order to support the young people about the training on IT and digital technologies. The project will offer talented students a free master, encouraging the birth of new ideas and business opportunities. The master is created by Superpartes, incubator for startups and co-founder of Talent Garden, and will begin in July. It will last 120 days, bringing together 20 students selected according to their abilities and different aspirations. Students will face an online aptitude test and a live interview: the 20 selected students will be combined with a company that will support the master costs and offer a paid internship that could lead to an hiring. The courses are different, ranging from business management to digital communication, design for developers and mobile and web coding. “For us – said Alberto Bartoli, CEO of Sabaf – the training is fundamental, without which it is impossible to grow and succeed, especially in this new digital age. It is the first initiative of this kind for Sabaf, but it will not be the last, and it has the general aim of getting in touch with the most innovative startups. The direct or indirect promotion of digital oriented companies in our territory is in line with the tradition of our brand that sees Research as an absolute must. The young people are our future and they have to understand that we trust in them and that the computer is and must be much more than Facebook”.
