Laura Rocchitelli, President & CEO of Rold, was elected President of “ITS Lombardia Meccatronica”. The “Lombardy Technical Institute for New Mechanical and Mechatronic Technologies” Foundation brings together companies, training institutions, universities, institutions and trade associations, and aims to respond to requests for qualified skills from companies operating in Lombardy (Italy), in a sector as pervasive as that of mechatronics. “I will do my best to continue, with commitment and passion, in the footsteps traced by Monica Poggio in her years of presidency, certain that I will be personally and professionally enriched by it”, declared Laura Rocchitelli after her election. “ITS Lombardia Meccatronica” today has 170 members, including 116 companies, and thanks to the training collaboration with over 500 companies, it has become a reference point for professionalizing tertiary training in the mechatronics field.
