Among the innovations that Zerica is presenting at Host 2023 is the cocktail machine “Mix&Go!”. This product, which won the Smart Label Awards 2023, is available in two versions: Élite (dedicated to the domestic sector, with 8 lines + 2 for cold and sparkling water) and PRO (dedicated to the world of hospitality, with 16 lines + 2 for cold and sparkling water). With a personalized selection of up to 16 lines with as many basic ingredients, user can choose from a menu of classic cocktails that includes over 400 recipes. Compact, light and fast, “Mix&Go!” has an intuitive touchscreen to manage the various functions, with the cocktail selection automatically updating based on the availability of the ingredients. Furthermore, it is possible to control the operation remotely via computer or mobile phone, even checking the number of cocktails made. In addition, it is a light machine (only 6 kg) and can be easily transported from one environment to another. A hotel, for example, can use it in the restaurant area to dispense fruit juices and then in the bar area for cocktails.
