Samsung Electronics Italia: recognitions for after-sales service


Samsung Electronics Italia has resulted at the top for its after-sales service in various categories according to “Best in Italy – Service Champions 2024”, the study of the German Institute for Quality and Finance which rewards companies that have stood out for the customer satisfaction regarding the after-sales assistance. In the tenth edition of the study, Samsung once again confirms itself at the top of the ranking. The “No. 1 Service” categories are TVs and household appliances (for the third consecutive year) and air conditioners (for the fifth consecutive year) to which are added projectors and audio systems. The “Top Service” seal was awarded to the product categories smartphones, notebooks, smartwatches and air purifiers. “We are proud to have been confirmed as one of the companies that offer the best after-sales service – declared Vito Fortunato, Head of Customer Service Division of Samsung Electronics Italia -.
