Gruppo editoriale Tecniche Nuove acquires 100% of Mazzmedia


With the aim of further consolidating the omnichannel offer of Gruppo editoriale Tecniche Nuove SpA, the acquisition of 100% of Mazzmedia srl‘s capital has been finalised from the majority shareholder Francesco Fiori and from Samuele Marazzita, Tomaso Dozio, Federico Anelli.

Mazzmedia is a digital agency, specialised in the conception and development of multichannel communication projects; digital strategy, creativity, technological development and digital marketing. A reality capable of responding very quickly to clients’ requests and needs. Channel mix planning, strategic cross-media campaigns, research and market analysis are the basis of the work of the Mazzmedia team. The new company asset confirmed CEO Francesco Fiori, Sales Director Tomaso Dozio, Head of UX Designer Samuele Marazzita and Head of Technology Federico Anelli at the helm.
