Japanese bridgehead in Romania

FK2-7300The Japanese Group Nidec, producer of electrical motors and supplier of the major Japanese and Chinese white good companies, has announced the takeover of the Rumanian ANA INEP. This company, established in 1967, is specialized in the manufacturing of motors for washing machines, dishwashers and dryers. With 288 employees, in 2015 it achieved a turnover of 14.8 million Euros. Now NIDEC intends to decuple this turnover, to the extent of supplying all main European manufacturers of white goods at competitive prices.
